Hello! I met Maxine at around 6.30am. I left the house without my handphone as there was only 7% battery left. Anyway, nobody messages me. :(
I thought I was late as I we had arranged to meet at 6.25am and I reached there at 6.29am but she was later than me. Hahaha. I prepared a short birthday note for her as we weren't very close anymore and I do not often see her. :D
In the train cabin, I saw a lanky man dodging from another burly man who coughed and sneezed profusely. Lanky man, YOU MADE IT TOO ARRESTING (DEF FROM DICT.COM: attracting or capable of attracting attention or interest; striking: an arresting smile.)
Actually, I tell Qi En almost everything that happened during chinese class. I wonder if she really pays attention. Hahaha.

Like I said, if you notice in my previous posts, it is perfectly fine not to be a councillor though I have the drive to be one. You see, I respect heaven's decision.
Okay. (Wanted to do a one page paragraph but I can't.) The main thing is that I made this melodrama really absurd, like what the word suggests, a dramatic form that does not observe the laws of cause and effect and that exaggerates emotion and emphasizes plot or action at the expense of characterization.I wrote in the essay that I cried like a zealot. Zeal for student council? Obviously I'm using the term incorrectlY!
I learnt a new word: exhort
exhort: encourage
They exhorted him to write a new letter to apologise.
The most absurd thing is: Zhuo lao shi told me to tell her if I have any problems. FEEL FREE TO.

I ran for 2 rounds today. I started early with Qian Hui as the rest were slacking in class. I didn't do push-ups as I was like a moron who kept harping on and on that I couldn't do any. Hahaha. Sorry Ms Neo. But, the REALLY great news is: I did 5 extra sit-ups! haha. But it was done in a slipshod manner. Oh, I'm so happy. I'm friends with the principal! I'm a FAN of him. :) Darren and Ying Hui are mutual friends of Mr Lee.
Zhuo Lao Shi gave us time today to finish our corrections. Initially, she planned for 5 minutes, but ended up 10 minutes. Here's some really sad tidings: (A piece of information or news. Often used in the plural: tidings of great joy; sad tidings.)

Ooh! I love physics today! Mr Ho came as Mr Hisham didn't come today (3 times in a row!) We usually don't have any relief teachers at all but Mr Hisham knows we're lagging behind and he'll lose face if we don't top the cohort for science. JY! Mr Ho was teaching in a fast pace but he allowed us to use the ipod touch for half of the lesson which makes it idiosyncratic to me.
He is friendly and he has a sister in sec 3 who is from commonwealth secondary and in military band. (Same as Nicole!)
Mr Ho was from Xin Min pri and sec, Anderson JC, NUS (WHOA! Role model!)
He said he thought Lady Gaga was sexy but not his type. All American Rejects, some other ulu band, and fall out boys were good. hahah. He is interesting and I hope he'll be our subject teacher next year cause Mr Hisham is still best. :)

English: Mrs Wong told me I had sth wrong with my sentence structure. I tend to write about the past, then present and it makes it incohesive to the readers. When we do a compo, we have to be clear. Has it been the bad quality of the books I read? She is keen to help me. I tried to find an extract of Feathered but I to no avail. She asked me to go to the library and borrow it. No time ah. I will try to find the link whenever I can. :) SHe was surprised that I don't know a lot about Harry Potter. JK ROwling has invented a new word or a special form of writing (I couldn't hear well what she said). She told me the little nyonya was directed by talking about the past then to th present, then back to the past. Whew. Luckily I didn't watch. So confusing!!! It was great knowing what my mistakes were and I learnt more about past participle tenses though she mentioned it for uncountable times.
Past perfect tenses: use it when you have to talk about two past events.
Ok, Hard to explain.
